Lydia Wilson Foundation (LWF) UK is collaborating with AFBE-UK to reach out to the vulnerable members of the ‘Black, Asian and minority ethnic’ (BAME) community. The collaboration will allow LWF to reach out to members who may struggle to obtain adequate support from the UK government. AFBE-UK will help identify members of the BAME community and make recommendations to LWF on what type and level of support are required.
The Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE-UK) is a registered not-for-profit organisation founded in London in 2007. They promote higher achievements in education and engineering particularly among people from black and minority ethnicity (BME) backgrounds.
